Tuzla is just 13kms from Bodrum International airport and 25kms from Bodrum town, making this a perfect place for investment. An unspoilt area of coastline with wonderful sea views, stunning beaches and the beautiful lake that is Tuzla, famous for its natural sanctuary of birds and flowers.

Bodrum town is always a major attraction for tourists and has something for people of all ages. There is a fascinating archaeological history about Bodrum which is certainly worth exploring, and you're bound to feel inspired to want to amble along the long palm-lined waterfront, sampling enchanting little restaurants, lovely sandy beaches and taking part in some of the water sports that are available during the summer. The smaller surrounding villages have plenty of nightlife and you're spoilt for choice for relaxing restaurants overlooking peaceful picturesque bays.

Fethiye is a pleasant one hour drive from Dalaman Airport ... An excellent place for water sports, horse riding, trekking, scuba diving and paragliding. The history of the area is fascinating and well worth exploring. The popular marina is an immediate attraction, with plenty of good restaurants to choose from to enable you to sample the best of the local cuisine. A short drive into the mountains through little cobble streets, will give you breathtaking panoramic views of the whole of Fethiye and the surrounding coastline.

Dalaman has long been popular with tourists because of the good airport connections into Europe and excellent links into the major cities and resorts throughout Turkey, and is fast becoming a holiday destination in its own right. Significant investment is continually being provided and there are plans underway to develop a marina and golf course to encourage growth and prosperity of the area. A range of activities are available for the intrepid adventurer, from 'white water' rafting and sea kayaking to gentle strolls in the beautiful countryside ... Something to suit all tastes.

Calis is one of the most striking residential and recreational centres in the region. Just 5kms north of Fethiye you'll find this quiet, yet busy, holiday resort, popular because of its natural cooling summer breeze and the most beautiful orange sunsets in the world. The seemingly endless beach has lovely areas for walking, plenty of bars and restaurants, and it's popular with the local turtle population who use this beach to lay their eggs.

Gocek - The picturesque harbour is situated at the northernmost tip of the Bay of Fethiye ... Principally a major centre for yacht tourism, where well-known celebrities are known to regularly sail their yachts in order to discover the hidden bays, golden sands and the most magnificent seafood the Aegean and Mediterranean have to offer. The bays of Gocek are some of the most beautiful and historic places in the region and during the summer the marinas are buzzing with activity as boats load up with provisions for the Blue Voyage and the cafes and restaurants along the harbour do a very lively trade.

Kalkan is a very popular little fishing village where you can watch the fisherman bring in their daily catch from the harbour front. It's managed to keep its natural charm, with lovely cobbled streets, the most beautiful picturesque bay and stunning sunsets. Over the past couple of years, Kalkan has started to become very much in demand and whether you're looking for a place to retire to or a relaxing holiday home, Kalkan would certainly fit the bill.

Yaniklar is yet another of those perfect locations, just 12km from the bustling harbour town of Fethiye yet close to the famous Mediterranean beaches of Oludeniz, the Blue Lagoon and Calis. Surrounded by protective forests this area will never be over-built.

Oludeniz - "Blue Paradise" is the world-famous name of the lagoon of Oludeniz and the beach of Belcekiz. The Babadag Mountain dominates the area, which is a perfect holiday place with plenty of facilities and nightlife. It is becoming an important centre for paragliders and the annual paragliding festival attracts visitors from far and near. The Blue Lagoon of Oludeniz has calm, crystal clear waters, which make this an ideal place for a variety of water sports and a very safe place for children to swim. Part of the lagoon area is now protected as one of Turkey's national parks.

Ovacik is a delightful holiday centre located 4 kms from Oludeniz. Located at the foot of the Babadag Mountain there is always a refreshing offshore breeze even throughout the hottest days of the summer.

Hisaronu is situated between Ovacik and Oludeniz, which has a great choice of restaurants, bars and shopping centres and excellent transport to Fethiye and Oludeniz.
